How to answer Interview Question.

Question 1. Tell me about yourself.

“I’m [Your name], a diploma holder in Business. For the last 2 years
I’ve been working in customer service where I learned communication
and problem-solving. I’m now looking for a position in your company
where I can use those skills and grow my career.”

Question 2. Why should we hire you?

“You should hire me because I’m a fast learner and hardworking. In


my last job I was trusted with handling customers because I’m good at
listening. I believe I can bring that same energy and help your team
meet its targets.”

Question 3. What is your strength & weakness?

Strength: “My strength is teamwork. I like supporting colleagues and I


work well under pressure.”

Weakness: “My weakness is I sometimes focus too much on details,


but I’m learning to balance speed and accuracy.”→ Always turn
weakness into something positive.

NB_ Speak slowly, smile, and use simple English. Recruiters likes
confidence > perfect grammar.
