A. About the Coffee Shop
1. What inspired you to open _____ Coffee Shop?
- We were inspired to start Coffee Drip in order to give those on a limited budget a
convenient, reasonably priced, and comforting coffee experience.
2. Who are your usual customers? Do you still have target markets?
- Students, employees, and those looking a peaceful space to unwind or study are
the usual customers. Most of the target market comes from budget coffee lovers.
3. What kind of atmosphere do you want customers to feel when they enter the café?
- The café's comfortable and simple ambience seeks to make customers feel at
ease, content, and "at home."
B. Layout and Customer Comfort
4. Have customers ever complained about the space or seating arrangement inside
the café?
-There are no major concerns with the space or seating arrangement because the
café layout is well-thought-out and convenient.
5. How do you make sure customers can move comfortably inside the shop?
- By maintaining a neat, clean, and spacious layout, the café ensures that
customers can move around easily.
6. What problems do you usually experience during busy hours?
- The café may be crowded, noisy, and have few seats during peak hours.
7. How important is lighting and temperature in creating a good café experience?
- Lighting and temperature are very important because they help create a relaxing,
cozy, and comfortable café experience for customers.
C. Employee Work and Ergonomics
8. What challenges do employees experience while working behind the counter?
- Workers may face difficulties include having a small workstation, standing for a
long period of time, and managing numerous customer orders during peak hours.
9. Have your workers ever complained about physical strain or tiredness?
- Yes, workers may sometimes feel tired or experience physical strain because of
long working hours and continuous movement behind the counter.
10. What improvements have you made to make work easier and more comfortable for
employees?
- By maintaining an orderly arrangement and facilitating employees' movement
while working, the café improved the workspace.
D. Energy and Water Conservation
11. What practices do you use to reduce electricity consumption?
- By adopting energy-saving lighting and shutting off unnecessary lights and
equipment, the coffee business uses less electricity.
12. How does the coffee shop conserve water?
- By preventing water waste and ensuring that faucets are used and maintained
correctly, the café conserves water.
13. Why do you think energy and water conservation are important in hospitality
businesses?
- Energy and water conservation are important because they help reduce operating
costs and protect the environment.
14. What environmental practices does your café currently follow?
- The café currently follows environmental practices such as maintaining cleanliness,
reducing waste, and conserving electricity and water.

15. In your opinion, how does customer comfort affect the success of a coffee shop?
- Because good customer comfort creates a loyal and repeat customers.
16. What improvements would you still like to make in the future?
- I would like to add more spaces for chairs and tables a good looking view.
17. What advice can you give to future café owners about managing a comfortable and
efficient coffee shop?
- Make sure you got the basics and research properly before opening or
starting your own café.
