After Downloading: you will be able to see this in for folder:

Step 3: After Downloading you have to extract files:4 files

All 4 files has to extracted:
Right click zip files as —>Extract to OracleXE112
Right click zip files as —>Extract to SQLDeveloper
Right click zip files as —>Extract to 01_1of_2:
Right click zip files as —>Extract to 01_1of_2:
these way you have to extract files as shown above;
After extracting alll above mentioned you have to go inside folder 01_1of_2:
(informatica server)
inside that you will see one zip file tha file you have to extract: As shown below:

2nd:you have to extract zip file which is there inside 01_1of_2

Extract this file:
Right click on above screen →Extract file to →winem-64t
After this we have to install oracle 11g:OracleXE112
we have to go oracle 11g:as shown below:
you have to go inside folder:
we have to inside folder→Disk1:
After that click on [Link]:
As per below screenshot we have to install

To create user we have to expand Oracle under Orqacle connections
expand oracle you will able to see Other users:

Default tablespace: Users

now click on Grant roles→ click on→grant All, Admin all and default all
