Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated Backend Development Interns who are passionate about
building scalable applications and solving real-world engineering challenges. As an intern,
you will work closely with experienced engineers to develop backend services, APIs, and
platform features that power our products.
Responsibilities
● Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications and services.
● Build and enhance REST APIs for internal and external platform integrations.
● Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality
solutions.
● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
● Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
● Learn and contribute to system design discussions and technical problem-solving.
● Support performance optimization and scalability improvements across backend
systems.
Requirements
● Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field.
● Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOPs, and Database concepts.
● Knowledge of Python programming language.
● Familiarity with backend frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
● Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.
● Basic knowledge of SQL and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
● Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
● Understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Good to Have
● Exposure to microservices architecture.
● Basic understanding of Kafka or message queue systems.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD concepts.
● Experience with personal, academic, or open-source projects.
