1 - hey this is Ben and I'm calling regarding dispatch support and freight

solutions that help small carriers to get high paying loads and It will only take a
minute.
2 - I'll keep this brief. I work with owner-operators and small fleets, helping
them maximize loaded miles, negotiate better freight rates, handle broker
communication, manage paperwork, and keep their trucks moving while they focus on
driving and growing their business."

"I'm not sure if this is something you're currently looking for, but I wanted to
ask you a couple of quick questions."

3 - Our dispatch team focuses on finding profitable freight, negotiating

competitive rates, minimizing deadhead miles, handling broker communication,
managing carrier packets, scheduling appointments, following up on detention and
TONU, and providing driver support throughout the trip.

Our goal is simple: keep your trucks loaded, reduce downtime, and allow you to
concentrate on driving and expanding your business.

4 -"I already have a dispatcher."

"I completely understand, and that's actually common among many carriers we speak
with.

Out of curiosity, what do you like most about your current dispatcher?

I'm not asking you to make a change today. I'd simply like the opportunity to be
your backup option if you ever need additional support or better lane coverage."

5 - "I find my own loads."

"That's great. Many experienced owner-operators do.

If there were an opportunity to increase your revenue, reduce the time spent
searching load boards, and have someone negotiate stronger rates while you stay
focused on driving, would that be worth a conversation?"

6 - "Your fee is too expensive."

"I understand.

Our clients don't judge us by the dispatch percentage—they judge us by the

additional revenue we help generate.

If we consistently negotiate higher-paying loads and reduce empty miles, the extra
income often outweighs the dispatch fee."

7 - "I'm not interested."

"I understand completely, Mike.

Before I let you go, may I ask one quick question?

What's the biggest challenge you're currently facing in your trucking business?"

8 - Ending the Call

"Thank you for your time today, Mike. I appreciate the opportunity to speak with
you. I look forward to working together. Have a safe day."
