1. References:
a. Memorandum of spot report re vehicular accident, dated on
June 21,2022.
2. This pertains to vehicular accident that occurred at National
Highway Brgy. Crossing Rubber Tupi, South Cotabato the victim
Larry S. Kim, 25 years old, single and resident of General Santos
City. As a result, the victim sustained a multiple wounds in
different part of his body and was rushed to Provincial Hospital
for medical treatment. The suspect Charlie M. Smith 30 years
old, single and resident of Polomolok, South Cotabato he was
already in the Tupi, Municipal Police Station and he is now under
the custody for investigation.
