About Multifold AI
We build the software and services that help enterprises actually use AI — not as a buzzword, but
as something that slots into their existing stack and quietly does the work. Our edge isn't a single
model or a flashy demo; it's the ecosystem layer — how our capabilities integrate, deploy, and scale
inside business workflows across voice, vision, and text.
A snapshot of what we build:
🤝 Automated Agents — chat and call agents wired into business workflows
🎙️ Speech AI + Analytics — transcription and structured insight from calls and meetings
🌐 Multilingual Systems — speech and text pipelines across Indian and global languages
📄 Document Intelligence — vision + text systems automating the messy parts of document
workflows
🛠️ Custom Models + Flexible Deployment — trained on your data, deployed on-prem or via API
Small team, shipping live systems for enterprises. Technology should free humans to focus on work
that matters.

About the Role

We're hiring full-stack interns to build alongside us. This isn't a side-project internship.
You'll work on production systems shipping to customers — often within days of writing
the code. You'll work directly with the founders, own features end-to-end, and have a
front-row seat to the 0→1 journey of an early-stage AI company. The surface area is the
kind you simply will not get at a bigger company at this stage of your career.

We're not looking for a polished CV. We're looking for builders — people already making things on
their own, with a GitHub that shows it, and who want to grind on hard problems with people who'll
back them with trust, tools, and direct access from day one.

What You'll Work On

Multiple products in active development across voice, vision, and text. A few examples in flight:
• WhatsApp-based assessment platform for students — production system handling
onboarding, conversational quiz flows, campaign delivery, dashboards, and bulk data
pipelines, shipping today
• Accounting suite for Indian SMEs — automating reconciliation (PO/Invoice/GRN matching),
expense workflows, and the manual finance ops most small businesses still run by hand
• Voice and speech analytics processing enterprise call flows at scale
• Document intelligence pipelines automating manual document workflows
• Integration layers wiring our AI capabilities into customer enterprise stacks
The exact project depends on what's hot when you start — but every project ships to users, and
every intern owns meaningful surface area.

Our Culture (How We Actually Work)

Remote-first by design, not by accident. The processes, tooling, and decision-making are all
structured for people working from wherever they're sharpest.
A few things we genuinely believe:
Ownership beats oversight. Give someone a problem, the tools, and the trust to solve it. We don't
hover. We don't ping you every hour. We don't ask you to justify your day.
Async by default. Decisions live in docs and PRs, not in Slack threads or meetings you missed.
Founders at the table, not above it. Same docs, same PRs, same channels. No layer between
you and the people making the calls.
No grind for grind's sake. We move hard when something needs to ship. We rest when it doesn't.
We don't measure effort in hours.

What Happens After 3 Months

At the end of the internship, both sides — you and us — sit at the same table and evaluate each
other. Did the work resonate? Are you growing in the direction you want? Do we want to keep
building together?
If yes — both sides — we convert to full-time, at compensation that reflects industry standards
and what you've shown.
If not, we part ways well. You walk away with experience that's visible on your CV, a certificate
and a letter of recommendation, and our active help landing a role that's a better fit elsewhere.
We've helped past folks reach roles they wouldn't have gotten to on their own — and we'll do the
same for you. That's a promise.
There's no trap here. The internship is honest on its own terms.

What We're Looking For

We care a lot less about polished credentials and a lot more about evidence you can build.
You should have:
• A GitHub that talks. Personal projects, hackathon work, AI side-builds, OSS contributions —
something live we can read. If your GitHub is empty, this isn't the role for you (yet).
• Some experience building with AI. You've used LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini,
open-source models) in a project — even a small one. You understand prompts, tokens, and
where these models help vs. where they don't.
• A working full-stack foundation. Some mix of TypeScript/JavaScript, React or [Link], a
Node backend framework, and a database. You don't need all of these — but enough to show
breadth.
• The instinct to figure things out. You read docs. You read source code when docs fail. You
bash on a problem for an hour before asking for help — and you ask cleanly when you do.
• Written communication. Async-first work doesn't survive without this.
You don't need to have:
Every framework on our stack already memorized — we'll give you the tools, context, and runway to
learn fast on the job. We just need to see, before you start, that you're the kind of person who can.
Nice-to-haves (genuinely optional):
• MongoDB / Mongoose or other NoSQL exposure
• Monorepo tooling (pnpm, Turbo, Nx)
• Messaging APIs (WhatsApp Cloud, Twilio, Gupshup, TrustSignal)
• Hands-on time with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) on a real project — not
just demos
• A blog, a YouTube channel, an X account — anywhere you've thought in public

Perks
🤝 Work directly with the founders
🚀 Front-row seat to the 0→1 journey of an early-stage AI company
🤖 Daily work with frontier AI tooling — Claude, MCP, agent frameworks — as workflow, not
novelty
⏰ Flexible hours, 5-day week, fully remote
🏆 Certificate & Letter of Recommendation
✨ High chance of full-time conversion
How to Apply
Email careers@[Link] with:
• Your GitHub profile (most important — lead with this)
• Your CV / resume
• A short note (3–5 lines) on the most interesting thing you've built and what you learned doing
it
If your GitHub speaks for itself, keep the note short. If your CV is light but your repos are strong,
lead with the repos. We'll read both.
