Our application engineering team is one of the premier technical pre/post-sales support team
in the electronics and communications industries. As a Test Application Engineer, you will
work with leading technology companies to learn about what they do and can make a positive
difference in the way they do business. You will be trained on product and technology while
working on projects that prepare you for your role within the application team. Once your
training is complete you will have exciting opportunities to work closely with customers,
convey the value OEM technologies can bring to their business, and be recognized for the
results you help deliver to our business.
Pre-Sales Application Engineering:
Assists the field sales organization to meet or exceed sales quota, through the provision of
technical expertise. May be client or product oriented. Contributes to sales account planning.
Participates actively in the sales process from deal qualification to deal closure.
• Owns the deal’s technical closure. Is knowledgeable of competition and able to identify
lockout specification (identify OEM's competitive advantage over competition).
• Helps prepare tender compliance specification documents highlighting benefits to
customers
• Analyses customer requirements and recommends appropriate solution. Is responsible for
pre-sales demos and for enhancing customers’ experience and satisfaction.
• Does Seminars / Workshops on RF/Microwave/Electronics/Electrical subjects to customers
at key locations / customer sites
Post -Sales Technical Support:
• Post Sales product installation at customer sites across locations.
• Do product and domain related trainings for customers on the equipment sold.
• Do preliminary functional checks and performance checks on equipment
• Prepare application notes based on applications identified in the market.

Job Qualifications
Elmack is looking for 3- 5 years experienced candidates in a similar role / field.
Fresh college graduates with a minimum B.E. or M.E. degrees may also apply.

This position requires the following skillsets and attributes with an emphasis on technical
expertise and communication skills.
• BE/ME in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent education
• Knowledge in RF / Microwave systems and Digital test systems domain is welcome
• Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammates.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Effective presentation and problem-solving skills.
