INTRODUCTION

PROBLEM DEFINITION
Internet service & infrastructure companies face mounting challenges
ranging from high capital costs & regulatory hurdles to rapid technological
shifts & customer expectations for flawless connectivity. These issues
directly affect their ability to expand networks, maintain probability & deliver
reliable services. Problems faced by internet service & infrastructure are like
high capital expenditure. Building & maintaining fiber optic networks, mobile
towers &data centers requires billions in upfront investments. Rising interest
rates & cautious investor sentiment that make financing harder, especially
for smaller companies.
System analyst came up with the following findings connecting existing
system as stated below:
 High capital Expenditure-Building fiber optic networks towers& data
centers require massive upfront
-Smaller companies often struggle to secure financing while larger firms face
pressure from shareholders to balance long term infrastructure projects with
short term profit
 Customer Expectations-Customers demand fast, reliable affordable
internet. Any downtime or slow speeds quickly erode trust & increase
customer churn
 Market Saturation & Competition- Urban areas often have multiple ISP
‘S competing aggressively, leading to price wars. Rural & underserved
region remains costly to connect, limiting revenue opportunities
