Project Proposal Format

Title: Write the title for your project.

Introduction/Problem Statement:

A brief overview of the project idea.


Explanation of the problem statement or the need addressed by the project.
Importance and relevance of the project.

Objectives:

Clearly state the objectives of the project.


Describe what you aim to achieve through this project.

Technologies/Frameworks:

Specify the programming language (Java) and GUI framework (JavaFX or Swing)

Provide reasons for choosing the specified technologies/frameworks.

Features:

List the main features of your proposed application.


Describe each feature briefly and its functionality.

Design:

Provide an overview of the proposed GUI design.


Include sketches, wireframes, or diagrams if
available. Explain how the user will interact with the
application.

Implementation Details:

Discuss how you plan to implement Object-Oriented Programming principles in


your project.
Describe how you will incorporate encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and
abstraction.
Outline the classes and their relationships in your project.

Validation and Error Handling:


Explain how you will validate user inputs to ensure data integrity.
Describe error-handling strategies for handling invalid inputs or unexpected
scenarios.

File Handling:

Detail how you will implement file-handling functionalities in your application.


Specify the types of files you will read from or write to.
Describe any serialization or deserialization processes if applicable.

Timeline:

Provide a timeline for the completion of various stages of the project.


Include milestones such as design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
