Elizabeth Clinic | Final Pitch Day Talking Script
Elizabeth Clinic — Final Pitch Day
Team Talking Script | 15-Minute Presentation Guide | BlackForce Cohort 11
How to Use This Guide
This is a speaking guide, not a script to read word for word. Know your section, hit your timing checkpoints, and
speak naturally — talk like operators who built something real, not like students presenting an assignment.
Open with the problem before the technology. Show the demo before defending the design. Quote the
numbers. We close by asking for the Phase 2 engagement.
Each segment lists a target time window. These are checkpoints, not hard stops — if you're running long heading
into your handoff, trim the next section's intro line rather than rushing the live demo. The live demo is what sells
the room.

Segment 1 — Opening
JAYNE — Project Manager [0:00 – 2:50]
SLIDE 1 — Title (0:00 – 0:15)
“Good morning. I'm Jayne Chukwuelue, Project Manager for this engagement. Over the next fifteen minutes, my
team and I are going to show you a Salesforce platform we built for Elizabeth Clinic in six weeks — and then
we're going to ask you for the next six weeks.”
SLIDE 2 — Where Elizabeth Clinic Started (0:15 – 1:10)
“Let's start where you started. Your receptionists spend four to seven minutes on the phone just checking which
physician is free — flipping between paper calendars, Outlook, and one physician's personal Google Calendar.
Patients hang up. Bookings land on the wrong calendar.
Your physicians won't share their calendars with the front desk — and they shouldn't have to.
Your pharmacy finds out a drug is out of stock when a patient is already standing at the counter.
Your pharmacists are recommending over-the-counter drugs from memory, and it takes six months for a new
hire to feel confident doing it.

And you, as the administrator, can't tell us who your busiest physician is or which specialization makes the most
money without opening Excel and doing it by hand.
Five problems. One platform.”
SLIDE 3 — Our Solution in One Sentence (1:10 – 1:30)
“Here's what we built, in one sentence: a single Salesforce platform where receptionists book a patient in
seconds, physicians see their schedule without ever sharing a calendar, pharmacists get instant in-stock drug
recommendations, and you see the whole clinic in real time. Built almost entirely with clicks, not code.”
SLIDE 4 — Architecture Overview & What We Delivered (1:30 – 2:20)
“Under the hood: nine custom objects, four Lightning apps — one per role — Salesforce Events that sync to each
physician's calendar without anyone sharing access, and an AI assistant your administrator can talk to in plain
English. Every item on the right-hand side of this slide is built, deployed, and live in the org you're about to see.
We're not going to talk you through the rest of this — we're going to show you.”
SLIDE 5 — Live Demo: Booking Flow (hand-off) (2:20 – 2:50)
“The brief asked for two things on booking: five clicks or fewer, and under ninety seconds. Faustina is going to
show you both — live, on the Receptionist and Administrator apps. Faustina, over to you.”
[Jayne hands the room to Faustina.]

Segment 2 — Receptionist & Administrator
FAUSTINA — Implementation Consultant [2:50 – 5:50]
LIVE DEMO — Receptionist App: Booking Flow (2:50 – 3:50)
“Thanks, Jayne. I'm Faustina, and I own the Receptionist and Administrator experience on this build. Let me
show you a booking, live.”
[Demo: New Appointment → Select/Create Patient → Specialization → Physician → Date/Time → Save]
“That's a real patient, a real physician, real availability — five clicks, start to finish. Watch the timer... under
ninety seconds. The price you just saw lock in is permanent — even if we change pricing tomorrow, this
appointment keeps today's price.
And the moment I hit Save, two things happen automatically: a confirmation email goes out to the patient, and
an Event lands on the physician's calendar. Nobody shared a calendar to make that happen.”
LIVE DEMO — Cancellation & 24-Hour Reminder (3:50 – 4:20)
“Now let's say the patient needs to cancel.”
[Demo: Open Appointment → Status to Cancelled]
“Cancellation email goes out automatically, and the Event comes off the physician's calendar — no manual
cleanup. And for appointments that aren't cancelled, the system sends a reminder email twenty-four hours out,
automatically, with no one in the office lifting a finger.”
LIVE DEMO — Receptionist Dashboard (4:20 – 4:45)
“This is the Receptionist's home screen every morning: today's appointments, what's coming this week,
cancellations this month, and the five physicians getting booked the most. No spreadsheet, no asking around —
it's just there.”
LIVE DEMO — Administrator Dashboard (4:45 – 5:30)
“And this is the view Mrs. Eze — or whoever runs this clinic — opens every morning. Appointments by physician,
appointments by specialization, revenue by specialization and by physician, status breakdown, new patients this
month. The question you couldn't answer without an Excel exercise? It's answered before you've had your
coffee.”
HAND-OFF (5:30 – 5:50)
“That's booking, cancellations, reminders, and two dashboards — all native Salesforce, zero custom code. I'll
pass it to Cynthia, who's going to take you into the pharmacy.”
[Faustina hands the room to Cynthia.]

Segment 3 — Physician & Pharmacist
CYNTHIA — Implementation Consultant [5:50 – 8:50]
LIVE DEMO — Drug Approval & Dispensing (5:50 – 6:50)
“Thanks, Faustina. I own the Physician and Pharmacist side of this build, starting with the pharmacy itself.
Every drug in this org sits in a category, with a quantity in stock and a reorder level. Watch what happens when
stock drops below that threshold.”
[Demo: Trigger low-stock scenario → Task auto-created for Pharmacist]
“A task is created automatically, assigned straight to the pharmacist — ‘Reorder: [Drug Name].’ Nobody
discovers a stockout when a patient's already at the counter.
New drugs don't just get added on a whim, either — a pharmacist submitting a new drug routes to the
administrator for approval before it ever goes active. That protects your inventory integrity.”
LIVE DEMO — Symptom-Based Drug Recommendation (6:50 – 7:40)
“Now here's the piece that solves the ‘six months to feel confident’ problem. A patient walks in describing
symptoms — let's say a headache and a mild fever.”
[Demo: Select up to 3 symptoms → ranked drug list, in-stock and active only]
“The system ranks every drug that matches those symptoms, shows only what's in stock and active, with price
and category right there. The pharmacist confirms what was given, and stock decrements automatically. A
brand-new hire makes the same quality recommendation on day one that used to take six months to learn.”
LIVE DEMO — Pharmacy Dashboard (7:40 – 8:05)
“This is the Pharmacist's dashboard: low and out-of-stock drugs, the top ten prescribed drugs this month, stock
value by category, and the prescriptions waiting to be filled. Total inventory visibility, one screen.”
LIVE DEMO — Physician Dashboard (8:05 – 8:35)
“And on the Physician side: today's appointments, this week's appointments, prescriptions issued this month,
and total patient count — scoped to that physician only. Dr. Adeyemi sees Dr. Adeyemi's data. Nobody else's.”
HAND-OFF (8:35 – 8:50)
“Stock control, clinical decision support, and two more dashboards. Now Michael's going to show you the AI
assistant sitting on top of all of this — including a capability most teams would leave for Phase 2. Michael, over
to you.”
[Cynthia hands the room to Michael.]

Segment 4 — AI Chatbot
MICHAEL — AI Specialist / Developer [8:50 – 11:00]
LIVE DEMO — Read-Only Query (8:50 – 9:35)
“Thanks, Cynthia. I built the AI assistant you can see sitting in the Utility Bar of the Administrator app — it's
there on every screen, not buried in a tab.
Let's start simple. I'm going to ask it a question in plain English.”
[Demo: Type — “Which drugs are below reorder level right now?”]
“No SOQL, no report builder — the assistant reads the question, queries the org, and gives me a list of clickable
record cards. I can click straight through to any of these drug records. And this happens inside the user's own
permissions — if I weren't allowed to see this data, the assistant wouldn't show it to me, full stop.”
LIVE DEMO — CRUD Query with Confirmation (9:35 – 10:35)
“Now, most teams stop at read-only. We didn't.”
[Demo: Type — “Change the price of Cardiology to $250”]
“The assistant doesn't just execute that — for anything that changes data, it shows me exactly what it's about to
do and asks me to confirm before anything happens.”
[Demo: Confirm the action]
“Done. And every single one of these interactions — what was asked, what was executed, what came back — is
logged to an audit object behind the scenes. Nothing the AI does in this org happens without a trace.”
HAND-OFF (10:35 – 11:00)
“Read-only and read-write, both permission-aware, both fully audited, and built without Agentforce or Einstein
GPT — this is our own integration, end to end. Jayne, back to you to close us out.”
[Michael hands the room back to Jayne.]

Segment 5 — Closing & The Ask
JAYNE — Project Manager [11:00 – 14:30]
SLIDE 9 — Numbers That Matter (11:00 – 11:35)
“You just watched it live, so let's put numbers on it. Booking time: four to seven minutes, down to under ninety
seconds. Click count: unlimited, down to five or fewer. And on the build itself — under one hundred lines of
Apex in the entire org, and every one of those lines lives inside the AI assistant you just saw. Everything else is
configuration.”
SLIDE 10 — Phase 2 Roadmap (11:35 – 12:25)
“So what's next. We've grouped Phase 2 into three workstreams: platform and billing — payment tracking,
resident versus non-resident pricing, physician scheduling by location; the AI assistant roadmap Michael's
already scoped — full CRUD with confirmation, multi-step conversations, and a Slack integration so you can
query the assistant without even opening Salesforce; and the patient and integration experience — a self-service
portal, SMS reminders, and calendar sync.
On that calendar sync specifically: we're recommending a custom Google Calendar API integration. It needs no
Salesforce licence for physicians — just a Google account — it works on any Salesforce edition, and it builds
directly on the same Named Credential pattern Michael already proved with the AI assistant.”
SLIDE 11 — Investment for Phase 2 (12:25 – 13:00)
“Here's what that costs. Scoped to a six-week sprint — the same cadence we just delivered Phase 1 in — we're
estimating two hundred twenty to two hundred ninety hours, at an eighty-dollar blended rate. That's seventeen
thousand six hundred to twenty-three thousand two hundred Canadian dollars. Same team, same velocity, same
discipline you just watched.”
SLIDE 12 — Why This Team (13:00 – 13:50)
“And that team is the reason this works. Eight people, eight roles, zero scope creep in six weeks. Faustina and
Cynthia built every dashboard and module you just saw live. Michael built an AI integration from scratch, with
no Agentforce. Sandra, Simisola, Somtochukwu, and Ganiah made sure every one of those features was tested,
documented, and ready for this room.”
CLOSE / THE ASK (13:50 – 14:30)
“You came into this room with five problems and a six-week deadline. We're walking out having solved all five,
live, in front of you — and we've already mapped out where Phase 2 takes you next.
We'd like to keep building. Thank you — we're happy to take your questions.”
End of script. Total run time: 14:30, leaving a 30-second buffer for natural pacing and handoffs.
