Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a backend focus to join our
team. This role emphasizes backend development with strong skills in Java,
microservices architecture, and hands-on coding. The ideal candidate should also have
front-end experience in Angular or React and exposure to cloud technologies like Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead backend development with a focus on building scalable, secure, and high-
performance applications.
Work collaboratively with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements
with server-side logic.
Design, implement, and manage microservices-based applications, ensuring
robust and efficient performance.
Perform hands-on coding and unit testing using JUnit or equivalent frameworks.
Develop and maintain applications using Spring JPA/MVC frameworks.
Utilize cloud technologies (preferably Azure) to enhance application scalability.
Integrate messaging systems, such as Kafka, to facilitate asynchronous
communication between microservices.
Employ DevOps tools like Docker and Kubernetes to streamline deployment and
ensure consistency across environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Backend: Strong expertise in Java 8+, Core Java, and hands-on coding
experience with JUnit or other unit testing frameworks.
Spring Framework: Proficiency in Spring JPA/MVC, with experience in
microservices architecture.
Frontend: Practical experience with Angular or React, focusing on integration
with backend services.
Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with Azure or similar cloud platforms, with
hands-on project experience preferred.
Messaging Systems: Basic knowledge of Kafka or similar messaging tools.
DevOps Tools: Working experience with Docker and Kubernetes for
containerization and orchestration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend
solutions.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and agile development practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as
