1. Project Overview
This document outlines the scope, timeline, and costs for a 2-week custom WhatsApp
automation project. The system will be built using the Baileys library (WhatsApp Web socket
connection), enabling intelligent conversational automation and AI integration without relying
on the official Meta Cloud API.
2. Project Phases & Scope of Work
Phase 1: Setup & Connection Initialization
● Server environment configuration.
● Integration of the Baileys library.
● Implementation of WhatsApp session management (QR code scanning / Pairing code

Phase 2: Core Automation & AI Implementation

3. Explicit Exclusions

project relies entirely on Baileys).
● Post-launch feature additions or ongoing code maintenance (available under a separate
SLA).

5. Recurring Monthly Infrastructure Costs

● Cloud Server / VPS: Approx. $10 USD / month (Required to host the Baileys instance
24/7).
● AI API Usage: Up to $3 USD / month (Estimated cost for AI token usage based on
expected message volume).
6. Terms & Conditions
● Timeline: The 2-week development period begins on the day the initial deposit of KES
10,000 is received.
● Hosting Setup: The client agrees to provide or fund the $10/month server environment
prior to Phase 3 deployment.
● Validity: This quotation is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
