Dear Training Provider,
1. This target allocation mail is being sent to you by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) based on
your proposal submitted under RFP ([Link] dated 13-
July-2021 under Customized Crash Course Programme under PMKVY 3.0
2. The Programme was launched on 18th June 2021 by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India and this communication
is being issued for you to commence with the preparations for the trainings.

4. The allocated targets must be onboarded on SIP within 35 days of receiving this e-amil, the 8th-Nov-2021. In
case the TP fails to achieve the enrolment within stipulated time, the targets shall be revoked.
5. If you enrol the allocated targets within 21days of targets allocation, the next phase of allocation may be done.
6. The training will be managed through Skill India Portal (SIP) available at [Link]
7. The Training Provider (TP) must be registered, if not registered already, on SIP as a TP and different Training
Centres/locations wherein the targets have been approved for have to be registered as Training Centres (TC)
on SIP.
8. All TCs have to be onboarded on SIP by following the Affiliation & Accreditation (A&A) process

9. Please ensure the COVID Guidelines issued by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare
([Link] Ministry of Home
Affairs and Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship ([Link]
App_Documents/News/[Link]) are followed.
10. The project will be implemented as per PMKVY 3.0 Guidelines, and Monitoring Norms during implementation
will be followed accordingly. You are requested to visit PMKVY official website for “Monitoring tools - Steps to

12. In the event of any non-compliance with PMKVY 3.0 Guidelines / Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy of this
Programme, or if any of the information submitted to NSDC is found to be incorrect and / or misleading and / or
mismatching –
a. NSDC at its sole discretion shall have the right to take any action including but not limited to revocation
of targets allocated under this Programme, impose financial penalties, suspend or blacklist under
PMKVY 3.0 such TC/TP,
b. NSDC shall have the right to recover the disbursed amount and withhold any further disbursement(s).
13. All training batches must be conducted through Certified Trainers only as published on

14. A maximum of 20 candidates can be enrolled in one batch. One trainer can be engaged in only one batch at a
time.

15. Candidate Aadhar ID, Photograph, bank account number and a working mobile number on SIP would be
required for candidate registration on SIP. Please ensure that the mobile number is same as the one linked to
Aadhar. Candidate must ensure his/her Bank account is seeded with Aadhar in order to receive Candidate
Reward Money upon certification completion.
16. The placement of the trained candidates for On the Job Training (OJT) and subsequent employment, or
employment post Upskilling, shall be ensured by TP through own agency and/or the support by SSDM/ DSC,
at the Primary/ Community Health Clinic, health facilities and hospitals.
