ITEMS IP BUS DUCT STRUCTURES

The following parameters were checked during incoming and in process condition as per QAP

1) Raw Materials : The items were checked visually (100%) and found no surface defects or corrosion. and
Dimensions checked (100%) and found in order.

2) In Process : a) Marking : - Marking checked (100%) as per QAP by steel tape & scale and result found
in order.

b) Cutting : -During In process condition cutting checked (100%) and found in order.

c) Fit-up : - During Fit-up stage visual, dimensional inspectional done (100%) and found
satisfactory.

d) Welding : - During in process operation welding checked visually, dimensionally


(by welding gauge) and found in order.
