We are now scaling our technical training and developer enablement initiatives to upskill our team and
build a strong pipeline of full-stack developers. We seek passionate Full-Stack Developer Trainers who
can design and deliver high-quality technical education, mentor aspiring developers, and contribute to
our growth mission.
Role Summary
As a Full-Stack Developer Trainer at Electrobtech, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and
continuously improving our full-stack development curriculum and training programs. You will directly
mentor and guide cohorts of junior developers and interns, covering frontend technologies, backend
development, databases, and deployment practices aligned with our production standards.
Your role combines deep technical expertise with strong pedagogical skills to create an engaging,
practical learning experience that bridges the gap between academic knowledge and industry-ready
development practices.
Primary Responsibilities
• Design and deliver engaging, hands-on training modules covering [Link], [Link], databases,
DevOps, and deployment technologies aligned with Electrobtech's tech stack.
• Mentor 15-25 junior developers and interns per batch through individual guidance, code
reviews, and personalized feedback on projects.
• Create and maintain updated curriculum content, projects, assignments, and evaluation criteria
aligned with industry and Electrobtech standards.
• Conduct daily live coding sessions, doubt-resolution forums, and office hours for mentee
support.
• Assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, projects, and capstone evaluations with
constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with HR and management to guide trainees on career development, skill mapping,
and potential internal placement opportunities.
• Share real-world project experiences from Electrobtech's portfolio and communicate production
best practices.
• Gather trainee feedback and continuously iterate on course content, delivery methods, and
learning outcomes.
• Maintain detailed records of trainee progress and provide comprehensive performance reports
to management.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to keep curriculum relevant and
current.
What You Will Teach
1. Frontend Development
• HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• JavaScript fundamentals, ES6+, and async programming

• [Link]: server-side rendering, static generation, and API routes
• UI/UX principles, design systems, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS)
• State management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Context API)
• Frontend testing with Jest and React Testing Library
• Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
2. Backend Development

• RESTful API design, HTTP methods, status codes, and best practices
• Authentication & authorization: JWT, OAuth 2.0, session management
• Middleware, error handling, and request validation
• OpenAPI documentation and API versioning
• Backend testing with Jest and Supertest
• Third-party API integrations (payment gateways, SMS, email services)
3. Database & Data Management
• SQL fundamentals and PostgreSQL best practices
• Database design, normalization, and relationships
• Prisma ORM for data modeling and migrations
• Redis basics for caching and real-time features
• Query optimization and indexing strategies
• Data seeding and fixtures for testing
4. DevOps & Deployment
• Version control with Git and GitHub workflows
• Docker basics and containerization
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
• Deployment on platforms: Railway, Render, Vercel, DigitalOcean
• Environment management and secrets handling
• Monitoring, logging, and error tracking (Sentry, UptimeRobot)
• Domain management, SSL/TLS certificates, and Cloudflare CDN
Technical Skills Required
Core Stack (Mandatory)
You must have strong, hands-on production experience in all of the following technologies:

Experience & Qualifications
Experience 1-2 years in full-stack development or relevant technical experience
Education [Link] / B.E. / BCA / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience
Projects Must have shipped at least 1-2 production full-stack applications. GitHub profile or
portfolio required.
Background Startup, agency, or freelance experience preferred. Any tutoring or mentoring
experience is a plus.
Language Strong written and spoken English (training delivery and student communication
required)
