2. List of deficiency to be repaired by agency at Station Building OM
During inspection of the station building at OM, several deficiencies and unfinished works have been
observed which require immediate rectification by your agency. The detailed list of deficiencies is enlosed
herewith for compliance
These deficiencies are in contravention of the contract stipulations and must be rectified without
delay. You are hereby instructed to mobilize adequate resources and complete the listed works
immediately, especially in view of the upcoming General Manager's inspection.
You are directed to submit a compliance report within 7 days of receipt of this letter,
confirming timelines for completion of the pending works.
