Make a model on the topic ‘Types of nutrients’
Take a thermocol sheet and cut it into a triangular shape with the help of
an elder.
Then divide the triangle into five sections-
( Carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals)
The width of each section depends upon the amount of that particular
nutrient required by the body.
Use different colours to represent different types of nutrients.
Now ollect pictures of various food items and paste them in the group of
the nutrient they belong to.
