legacy.

dedication and share them generously. In doing so, we truly
honor the Great Giver of these gifts.

Shiela: Please remain standing for an Opening Prayer, led by

Pio: Men and women, together, let us sing with pride and honor,
the Deped Catanduanes Hymn and Bagong Pilinas Hymn, to be
immediately followed by the recital of the Deped Quality Policy
Statement.

Shiela: What a way to start this year’s Division Festival of
Talents! Thank you very much, Sipyat and of course the trainer,
Mr. Nick Ivan D. Timajo.

Pio. At this juncture, let us put on deck the PSDS of the host
municipality in this year’s Division Festival of Talents, my dear
friends,let us put our hands together for the PSDS of Bato East
and West, Madam Belen T. Tapas for her Welcome Remarks.
Shiela: Thank you, ma’am, for making our delegates feel the
warmth of Batohon hospitality.
At this point, let us also lend our ears to the father of the
municipality of Bato, Hon. Juan T. Rodulfo, for his Welcome
Message. A round of applause please.

Pio: Thank you sir, for the warm welcome.

And now, brace yourselves, as each delegation presents its
participants and much-awaited delegation Yell!

Panganiban. At this juncture, the spotlight is on for PSDS Ruth B.

host delegation, the spotlight is on for PSDS Belen T. Tapas to

Regional Festival of Talents up to the National level.
