This questionnaire is designed to collect information on teachers’ attitudes towards the use of
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in teaching and learning. Your responses will be
used purely for academic purposes as part of an undergraduate research project at the University for
Development Studies.
Please read each item carefully and answer as honestly as possible. There are no right or
wrong answers, your personal opinion is what matters. All responses will be treated with strict
