Job Title Junior Engineer


Reports To Engineer – Quality
Dept. /Function Quality
Location Kosamba, Navsari Factory

Job Purpose
To assist in conducting quality inspections, troubleshooting quality issues, and performing tests
to ensure products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities  Conduct basic quality inspections and tests.


 Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality-related issues.
 Document quality control results and support data analysis.

Job Description:  Perform routine inspections and tests on solar modules and cells.
 Work with senior engineers to resolve product quality issues.
 Prepare and maintain quality documentation.

Essential Qualification  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation).

 Knowledge of quality testing methods and tools.


Skills And  Ability to work with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Knowledge:

 Strong problem-solving skills.


Personal  Ability to work under pressure.
Attributes:  Strong attention to detail.
