fat category but in added sugar its less than quarter. Breakfast in all three charts has similar
figures 14% in sodium,16% in saturated fats, and 16% in added sugar. Dinner over all
contains high amounts of sodium and saturated fat and almost quarter of added sugar.
Lunch contains almost less than third (29%) sodium and similar amount of saturated fats of
26%(a bit more than quarter)and almost a fifth of added sugar(19%). And last category is

[Link] are 5 categories in exports which are petroleum products, engineered
goods , gems and jewellery ,agricultural products, and textile.
In 2015 petroleum products exports was the highest in earnings with $60 billion
dollars , if we compare the same category in 2016 we could notice 3% growth
with more than 60 billion in earnings which moderate growth. Engineered goods
earned approximately more than 55 billion dollars in 2015 and then in 2016
same category of exports grew 8.5% to 63 billion dollars, this is the second
highest percentage of growth in the exports in 2016 compared to 2015.

The diagram Illustrates how electricity is generated in a hydroelectric station,
from high level reservoir to turbine in lower level reservoir and supplying the
national grid.
At the beginning of the process water is collected behind a dam which is at a
high level than turbine, this high level increases the potential energy of the
water which will be used to produce electricity. During the day with utilising
gravity water is flown from intake under the dam to the power station which has
lower altitude than first reservoir, the impact of water on turbine turns the
turbine and this kinetic energy is used to produce electricity. Next electricity is
transported via power lines to national grid.
During the night turbine has the ability to act as a pump, and then it could pump
water from lower reservoir to higher level reservoir to collect water for next day .
This action assures consistent supply of water during the day to turn the turbine.
The map illustrate the development and changes which took place in Grange

The picture illustrates the way in which instant noodles are made ,from flour to
cups of instant noodles.
Overall, there are eight main steps in the possess of making instant noodles,
beginning with collecting flour and ending with sealing and labelling the cups of
instant noodle.
To begin with, the flour is collected in giant silos to ensure a steady and reliable
source of flour. The flour is then placed in an industrial mixer, and water and oil
are added to create a dough. a roller assists with the process. Following this,
special machine turns the dough sheets into dough strips, and then another
machine creates noodle discs from the strips to Ensure equal portions. after that,
the discs are transferred to an industrial fryer via a conveyer belt to cook
[Link] cooking the discs after cooking, the discs should rest and dry to give
the noodles a longer shelf life.
In the subsequent stage, the discs added to a cup container to provide
convenience. following this, vegetables and spices are added to provide flavour.
Finally, the cups are sealed and labelled to Ensure maximum freshness.
