3.5 Hazardous material storage at proper place?
3.6 Are the dust prevention measures followed?
3.7 Are the waste materials cleared from the work area on a daily basis?
3.8 Are the waste segregation process followed on regular basis?
3.9 Are the rest rooms cleaning done on daily basis? Is register maintained?
3.1 Are the chemical stored in the designated area with necessary safety precautions?
4. Plant & Equipment
4.1 Are condition of the power tools checkled before starting the works?
4.2 All rotating parts are provided with guards?
4.3 Is earthing provided for all the power distribution boards.
4.4 Valid work permit has been taken before commencing of job?
4.5 Are ELCB provided to all electrical circuits?
4.6 Are the cables in good condition? Is connectors provided for cable joints?

5. Access & Egress
5.1 Emergency access ways identified and provided without obstruction?
5.2 Is the accesses & work place properly illuminated?
5.3 Is fire exit signages displayed in all the key location?

All persons entering construction site using safety helmets and safety shoes, Reflect jacket, Nose
