REFLECTION
My reflection is based on the technical assistance of the principal regarding to
my teaching demonstration I did. I learned that as a teacher I must be very concious
on the time allotted to me to demonstrate my lesson, why? Because I need to finish
my objectives before the time. If not, I failed to deliver my lesson. Also, in teaching I
will be more focus on the lesson discussion rather than the motivation and unlocking
of difficulties, because according to the principal, the discussion should be have a
bigger time to take so that the students will umderstand well the lesson that I
prepared for them.
As a teacher, I must give my 100% effort on reaching the 7 rating in my
teaching, I need to think more logically and be creative in making my lessons more
especially in giving activities that are suitable for the needs of my students. I need
to give more in my teaching demonstration so that next time I can get more a 7
rating rather than 6 rating only in all indicators given.
Teaching is not just to give what is good to the students but teaching is to
give what is best for them. By this, I can say if the teacher teach by his heart, he can
give more to his/her students that they cannot forget for the rest of ther life.
Teaching is vocation therefore I teach what is needed for my students.
