Monitot Manual Tweaking In The Built In Panel:

DISABLE:
Dynamic Contrast / DCR
Black Equalizer smoothing / Shadow Boost (set to off or low)
Blue Light Filter / Low Blue Light / Eye Care
Motion Blur Reduction (MBR/MPRT) — unless you want strobing
Dynamic Backlight / Local Dimming (on non-HDR / SDR gaming)
Eco / Power Saving / ECO Mode
Ambient Light Sensor / Auto Brightness
HDR (in SDR gaming — only enable for HDR content)
Variable Backlight
Smart Energy Saving
Noise Reduction
Super Resolution / Sharpness boost (set to neutral)
Adaptive Contrast / Smart Contrast
Aspect Ratio scaling (set 1:1 / "no scaling" if you want lowest latency)
Auto Input Switch
DDC/CI (optional; disable to stop software changing settings)
Color Temp "warm/cool" presets (use neutral/native)
Motion Smoothing / TruMotion / MEMC (mostly on TVs)
PIP / PBP (picture-in-picture, if unused)

ENABLE
Game Mode / FPS Mode
Adaptive Sync / FreeSync / G-Sync Compatible (only if using VRR)
Low Input Lag / Instant Mode / Low Latency Mode (if separate from Game Mode)
DisplayPort 1.4 / 1.2 (set highest your cable+GPU support, enables max Hz)
Overclock / OC Mode (if your monitor has a refresh OC feature, e.g. 144→165)
8-bit+FRC / 10-bit (match your GPU output; only if no latency penalty)

SET:
Refresh Rate - Max (and confirm applied in Windows)
Overdrive / Response Time / TraceFree / Trace Clear - Medium level (test; max =
overshoot/inverse ghosting)
Brightness - to taste (lower = less eye strain, no latency effect)
Contrast - default/native
Sharpness - neutral midpoint (not boosted)
Picture Mode - Game / FPS / Standard / Custom
Gamma - default (2.2) unless calibrating
Color Space / Gamut - Native / sRGB for SDR
HDMI Black Level - Full / RGB Full (if using HDMI)

-Custom Resolution Utility: Make Sure To Delete Every Resolution And Uncheck Every
Resolution You Don’t Need And Edit The Detailed Resolution To The Max HZ Of Your Monitor +
Select This Timing:

Automatic - LCD reduced 2 (CVT-RB2)

If It Doesn't Work Try:

Automatic - LCD reduced

(CVT-RB)

If It Doesn't Work Then:

Automatic - LCD standard

-NvidiaProfileInspector Visible And Hidden Settings: Disabling Every Type Of G-Sync, Disabling
Any Quality Over Performance Related Setting, Disable Anti-Aliasing Completely, Disabling
OverAll Settings That Make You Have A Downgrade In Performance. All Done Via [Link]

-MSI Afterburner + OCCT : Manual Nvidia GPU Overclocking Tool To Boost Memory And Core
Clocks. Boost Each One At A Time, First Clock, Then Do All Tests, Then Memory. Customize
Fan Curve + Set Fan Speed Update To 1000. Lastly, Click The Windows Icon At The Start Tab
So Settings Apply When You Boot.

Fan Curve:
30°C → 0%
40°C → 30%
50°C → 40%
60°C → 55%
70°C → 70%
80°C → 90%
85°C → 100%
Core Clock: Start at 150. Then run the OCCT 3D test for 10 minutes. If there are no errors,
crashes, or artifacts, increase by 25 and repeat the 10-minute test. Continue until OCCT
reports an error or the GPU becomes unstable, then reduce by 15–30 MHz and run the OCCT
3D test for 60 minutes to confirm it is stable.

Memory Clock: Start at 250 MHz. Then run the OCCT VRAM test for 15 minutes. If there are
no errors, crashes, or artifacts, increase the memory clock by 50–100 MHz and repeat the
15-minute test. Continue until OCCT reports an error or the GPU becomes unstable, then
reduce the memory clock by 50–100 MHz and run the OCCT VRAM test for 60 minutes to
confirm it is stable.

MariusHeier USB Tool: Check Whether USB’s Such As Mouse, Keyboard, Headset Are Directly
Connected To CPU + They Are In MSI Mode.

HidUSBF: Find Mouse + Keyboard, Install Service, Check Filter On Device, Install Service,
Polling Rate Set To Max. (Never Set To 8000, Maximum 4000 In High End Pc’s. In Mid End Pc’s
Set To 1000 And In Low End Pc’s, 1000 too) Restart Your Device After.

-Msi Utility: Setting Up The Interrupts, Achieving Lower Latency In The GPU, SSD, Ethernet
And The USB’s.

[GPU = MSI Checked + High

SSD = MSI Checked + High
Ethernet = MSI Checked + High]

ONLY FOR SAMSUNG SSD:

-Samsung Magician: Applying The Performance Mode Preset Which Enables TRIM, Enables
Over-Provisioning, And Disables Power Saving In Order To Get A More Responsive SSD.

-Extra SSD Tweak: Device Manager -> SSD -> Properties -> Check “Turn off Windows
write-cache buffer flushing on the device”

- Interrupt Affinity Policy Tool + AutoGPUAffinity: Setting Your GPU, Ethernet, Mouse And
Keyboard To A Unique P-Core So The P-Core Is Reserved And Does Not Have Any More
Interrupts Rather Than The Selected Device. Lower Interrupts, Lower Latency.

How To Recognize My Mouse And Keyboard?

Device Manager.
View → Devices By Connection.
Find Your Mouse/Keyboard
Right Click → Properties.
Details Tab.
Property → Device Instance Path.

IF HYPERTHREADING = ON: EXAMPLE OF I5-14600K:

P-core 1 → CPU 2, 3
P-core 2 → CPU 4, 5
P-core 3 → CPU 6, 7
P-core 4 → CPU 8, 9
P-core 5 → CPU 10, 11

E-core 1 → CPU 13
E-core 2 → CPU 14
E-core 3 → CPU 15
E-core 4 → CPU 16
E-core 5 → CPU 17
E-core 6 → CPU 18
E-core 7 → CPU 19

CoreCycler + XTU: The Combo For The Cpu Overclock. Open CoreCycler, And Test The Cores,
