I am Saif Ifran Tadeeb, a student of the CSE Department, Student ID: 22304012.
I am writing to respectfully request the rescheduling of my semester final examinations which I
was unable to attend due to a serious family medical emergency. My mother has been
diagnosed with a thyroid tumor that is currently under investigation for possible cancer, and
several medical tests, including FNAC are ongoing. During this difficult period, I had to
accompany and support her through medical consultations, tests, and treatment procedures.
As a result, I was unfortunately unable to attend the following examinations:
● CSE-3205 Applied Statistics and Queuing Theory
● CSE- 4417 Machine Learning
● CSE-4519 Internet Engineering
I sincerely apologize for my absence and kindly request your consideration in allowing me to sit
for a makeup examination or any alternative assessment arrangement that the department
deems appropriate.
For verification, I have attached a copy of my mother’s medical report.
I would be very grateful for your understanding and consideration of my situation. Please let me
