Job Title: Professional Software Engineer

What will you be doing?
Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and reusable software components
usingappropriate programming languages and technologies.
• Collaborate with application delivery teams (developers, architects, testers) to ensure
softwarecomponents meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Implement best practices in coding, documentation, and version control to maintain high standards
ofsoftware quality and reliability.
• Manage the lifecycle of software components from inception through deployment and maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate component releases, including versioning, dependency management,
andcompatibility testing.
• Monitor and analyze component performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and
implementoptimizations as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software components, including
technicalspecifications, APIs, and usage guidelines.

We are looking for an software developer with excellent analytical skills, great at problem-solving,passionate
about technology and who loves developing software applications! You ensure that youunderstand how your
work is adding value to our business. In this team we are curious about everythingat work and have a “can do”
attitude solving our challenges together, making sure to complete eachsprint as planned. We would like our
new colleague to have this same curiosity, drive and being a teamplayer
Your personality is your major reason for success, but we think you have:
Overall 5+ years of proven hands-on experience as application developer with expertise in designingand
implementing reusable software components.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or others, along with knowledge ofspring
boot, modern JVM languages & Java tools.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, serverless computing, and cloud-native developmentpractices with
Azure or AWS services.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes) for
continuousintegration, deployment, and infrastructure automation.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, break them down into manageabletasks, and
develop effective solutions using logical reasoning and creativity.
• Proficiency in documenting code, APIs, and technical specifications. Effective communication skills
tocollaborate with team members, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) to adapt to changing requirements,deliver
software iteratively, and respond to feedback.
• Willingness and ability to stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices insoftware
development to enhance skills and improve software components.
