• Full Form: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats.
• Internal vs External: Strengths and Weaknesses are internal factors inherent to the person. Opportunities
and Threats are external factors arising from the outside environment.

2. SMART Goals
• Meaning: A framework used to create clear, realistic, and trackable targets rather than vague or imaginary
desires.
• Breakdown:
◦ S - Specific: Clear and precise objectives (e.g., "I want to score 80%").
◦ M - Measurable: Quantifiable targets that can be tracked (e.g., tracking a specific percentage).
◦ A - Achievable: Realistic and possible to accomplish within reach.
◦ R - Relevant: Aligned with your career goals, values, or current needs.
◦ T - Time-bound: Set with a strict and clear deadline (e.g., "In the next 3 months").

3. Goal Setting Process


• Steps:

active listening.

• Meaning: Occurs when the receiver understands the exact message intended by the sender, completely
free of confusion or misinterpretation.
• 7 Cs Rule: Communication must be structured properly. It should always be Clear, Concise (short and to
the point), and Courteous (respectful and polite).

8. Time Management
• Meaning: The practice of planning, organizing, and distributing your 24 hours effectively to complete all
vital tasks without burning out. Key practices include creating a daily To-Do List and prioritizing tasks.

outcomes.

• Meaning: Failure is a temporary setback, not a permanent end. It serves as a valuable learning
opportunity.
• How to Overcome: Accept the errors made, objectively analyze what went wrong, adapt your strategy,
and execute the plan again with fresh focus (Never give up).

3. Internal & External Factors Affecting Success


• Internal Factors: Characteristics located inside you that you can fully control—such as self-confidence,
