STUDENT HANDBOOK: RULES AND GUIDELINES

ATTENDANCE & DISCIPLINARY REGULATION:


➢ Three late arrivals within a month will be counted as one absence. Three consecutive unexplained absences
(without prior permission or notification) will result in the student’s name being struck-off from the college
register and online portal. Additionally, if a student accumulates six separate untold absences within a single
month, even if non-consecutive, this will also lead to striking off from both the manual and digital records. Re-
admission to the college and online portal will only be possible after the payment of the struck-off/reactivation
fee and approval from the administration.
➢ Use of mobile phones in classrooms, libraries, or other academic areas is strictly prohibited.
➢ Smoking and consumption of alcohol/drugs are strictly prohibited on campus.
➢ Students must respect college property and facilities. Damaging or vandalizing college property will result in
disciplinary action.
➢ Disruptive behavior, including shouting, loud talking, or causing disturbance in classes or other areas, will not
be tolerated.
➢ Students must follow dress code and uniform regulations.

➢ Students are expected to attend all classes and lectures regularly and punctually.
➢ Students must respect and obey the instructions of the faculty and staff.
➢ Students must refrain from engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
➢ Students must park their vehicles in designated areas only.
➢ Students must maintain cleanliness and hygiene on campus.
➢ Attendance at Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) is compulsory.
➢ Participation in college internal test sessions is mandatory for each student.

➢ All students must pay their fees/dues by the date(s) fixed by the Accounts Department. If any student is unable
to pay the dues on the due date, he/she must seek the permission of the principal for extension in the last date
of paying the dues in written form. If the fee is not paid after the due date, the defaulter fails to clear the dues in
15 days after the last due date, the candidate’s name will be struck off from the college. The candidate may
appeal to the college authorities for readmission in the same session. The college authorities may allow
readmission on compassionate grounds only after payment of Rs. 3000/-
➢ Fees once paid shall not be refunded including those of migration cases.
➢ All the Students must pay their Board/university Registration & Examination fee on said date by the
Board/university. In case of failure campus will not be responsible for non-issuance of Roll No Slip.
➢ The students who use the college vehicle for pick and drop, monthly fees will be charged on 5th of every Month
in accordance with the distance from the college.
➢ No Discounts & waivers shall be entertained during the session, once decided.
➢ Campus has the right to stop the issuance of Roll No Slip in case of Pending of any dues by the student.
➢ All the dues must be cleared before end of the Session.

15 days after the last due date, the candidate’s name will be struck off from the college. The candidate may
appeal to the college authorities for readmission in the same session. The college authorities may allow
readmission on compassionate grounds only after payment of Rs. 3000/-
