2. 在拉动与缩回钢丝绳过程中，应尽量保持钢丝绳与传感器本体在同一平行线，避免钢丝
绳在此过程中受损。In the process of pulling and retracting the steel wire rope, it

is necessary to keep the wire rope and the sensor body in the same parallel line

as far as possible, so as to avoid the damage of the wire rope in this process.

3. 本传感器在连接油缸时，应确保万向轮螺栓与油缸活塞杆连接紧固，以防在今后使用过

程中因松动脱落，而导致传感器损坏，必要时可在螺纹处使用胶水。When the sensor is

connected to the oil cylinder, it should be ensured that the universal wheel bolt

is firmly connected with the piston rod of the oil cylinder, so as to prevent the

sensor from being damaged due to looseness and falling off in the process of future

use. If necessary, glue can be used at the thread.

电气安全 Electrical safety

1. 在接线前，应仔细观看传感器罩壳底部的接线表，避免接线错误导致损坏编码器。Before

wiring, carefully watch the wiring list at the bottom of sensor housing to avoid

damage to encoder caused by wiring error.

2. 在接线时，应确保在断电情况下操作。When wiring, make sure to operate in the case

of power failure.

3. 信号电缆经传感器罩壳防水接头进入接线后，应将防水接头拧紧，以防下雨进水，损坏

设备。After the signal cable enters the wiring through the waterproof connector of

the sensor housing, the waterproof joint should be tightened to prevent rain and

water from damaging the equipment.

内置式拉绳位移传感器用于油缸的位置测量。传感器主要由壳体、钢丝盘、主轴、弹簧、

钢丝绳、编码器等构成。
The built-in pull rope displacement sensor is used to measure the position of the oil cylinder. The

该装置通过法兰连接在油缸缸筒端部，一端通过万向轮与油缸活塞杆连接，另一端固定

在钢丝盘上，钢丝绳置于油缸内部。当活塞杆伸出时，与活塞连接的钢丝绳带动钢丝盘和主

轴正向旋转，通过钢丝盘的旋转使弹簧收紧。当活塞杆缩回时，弹簧依靠其回复力矩使主轴

带动钢丝盘反向旋转，并拉紧钢丝绳。在此过程中，编码器在主轴的带动下跟随主轴同步旋

转，由此可根据钢丝盘的直径大小和编码器旋转圈数得出活塞杆的位移，位移量通过编码器

转换成数字信号，发送至控制系统。通过该装置可以控制油缸的位置、按特定程序动作或管

理多个油缸的同步运动。

When the piston rod extends, the steel wire rope connected with the piston drives the steel wire
disc and the main shaft to rotate in the positive direction, and the spring is tightened by the
rotation of the steel wire disc. When the piston rod is retracted, the spring relies on its restoring
torque to make the main shaft drive the wire disc to rotate in the opposite direction and tighten the
wire rope. In this process, the encoder is driven by the main shaft to rotate synchronously with the
main shaft. From this, the displacement of the piston rod can be obtained according to the
diameter of the steel wire disk and the number of encoder rotations. The displacement is converted
into a digital signal by the encoder and sent To the control system. The device can control the
position of the oil cylinder, act according to a specific program or manage the synchronized
movement of multiple oil cylinders.
传感器可承受高达 10MPa 的工作压力；采用弹簧收绳装置，钢丝绳张紧力＞100N，适

用于量程为 0～16m 的应用场合（特殊定制量程可达 20m）。本产品适用于平板门、弧形门、

人字门、快速门及各种阀门的开度测量与控制。由于其整体体积小，装配时间短及可非标定

制，该传感器技术是一个具有灵活的范围广泛的水利应用解决方案。
The sensor can bear the working pressure up to 10MPa; the spring take-up device is adopted,
and the tension of steel wire rope is more than 100N, which is suitable for the application with the
range of 0-16m (the specially customized range can reach 20m). This product is applicable to the
opening measurement and control of flat doors, arc doors, miter doors, quick doors and various
valves. Because of its small size, short assembly time and non-standard customization, the sensor
technology is a flexible and wide range of water application solutions.

第二章 安装

2.1 安装步骤 Installation steps

安装前，检查油缸端部和活塞杆上安装孔有无毛
疵，钢丝绳是否有卡顿现象，密封圈有无破损。
注意：禁止钢丝绳自行弹回，禁止超量程使用，
否则可能导致人员受伤和产品的损坏。
Before installation, check the oil cylinder end
and the mounting hole on the piston rod for
hairiness, the wire rope for jamming, and the sealing
ring for damage.
Attention: it is forbidden to spring back the
steel wire rope by itself, and it is forbidden to use it beyond the range, otherwise it may
cause personal injury and product damage.

在传感器与油缸连接处涂上特种润滑油，以利于
传感器平稳安装。将传感器用提升装置移至油缸
旁，使传感器安装孔与油缸安装孔保持水平，在
钢丝绳受力的状态下将万向轮与活塞杆连接，用
专用工具（例如棘轮扳手）拧紧螺丝。
Apply special lubricating oil to the connection
between the sensor and the oil cylinder to facilitate
the smooth installation of the sensor. Move the
sensor to the side of the oil cylinder with the lifting
device, keep the sensor mounting hole and the oil
cylinder mounting hole horizontal, connect the universal wheel with the piston rod
under the stress of the steel wire rope, and tighten the screws with special tools (such as
ratchet wrench)

安装传感器法兰时，螺栓应对角安装，避免传感器
倾斜，损坏 O 型密封圈。待法兰与油缸缸盖无缝隙时，
将法兰上的其余螺丝全部安装拧紧。
When installing the sensor flange, the bolt should
be installed at the corner to avoid the sensor from tilting
and damaging the O-ring. When there is no gap between
the flange and the cylinder head, install and tighten all
the remaining screws on the flange.
