The Factory Manager must initiate the


preparations for the order.

To close the order, an Email must be


sent to the factory Manager with a copy
Order
Prepare of the delivery note, including
signatures and a Stamp.

The Gate Pass must be prepared with


the stamped signatures of the Store,
Security, and Factory Manager.
