My Daily Routine

MORNING BLOCK (5:30 AM - 12:00 PM) — Peak Performance

This is My most productive window. We'll use it for the tasks that require the most mental and
physical energy, all done before My first meal.

5:30 AM — Wake Up & Hydrate

• Action: Wake up without hitting snooze. Immediately drink a large glass of water.

• Dopamine Detox Rule: Do not look at My phone. Leave it charging away from My bed.
My day starts with My own thoughts, not notifications.

6:00 AM - 7:00 AM — Mental Clarity Walk

• Action: Walk to the beach as planned.

• Purpose: This isn't just exercise; it's a mental reset. Focus on the sounds of the waves and
the feeling of the morning air. It helps reduce cortisol (stress hormone) and prepares My
brain for deep focus. Leave My phone at home or on airplane mode.

• 7:15 AM - 8:15 AM — Focused Workout

o Action: Complete My workout at home.

o Structure: Instead of doing all reps at once, break them down into sets to maximize
muscle growth. This is more effective than one long set. (See the detailed workout
plan below).

• 8:15 AM - 9:00 AM — Cool Down & Prepare

o Action: Stretch, shower, and get dressed for the day. This transition helps shift My
mind from physical work to mental work.

• 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM — Deep Study Block for ENVS322

o Action: This is My non-negotiable, focused study time for the November 4th exam.

o Technique: Use the Pomodoro Technique.

▪ Study for 25 minutes (timer on, phone in another room).

▪ Take a 5-minute break (stand up, stretch, get water).

▪ Repeat 4 times, then take a longer 15–20-minute break.

o Goal: Focus on one specific topic or chapter each day.

AFTERNOON BLOCK (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM) — Refuel & Connect

My energy will naturally shift after My first meal. This block is for eating, lighter tasks, and social
connection.

• 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM — First Meal of the Day

o Action: Prepare and eat My first meal. Focus on protein and healthy fats to keep I
full and energized, avoiding a heavy carb crash. Eat mindfully, without distractions
like YouTube or social media.

• 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM — Academic Review & Admin

o Action: This is for lighter academic work. Review the notes from My morning
session, organize My study materials, or work on any assignments for My module.

• 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM — Low-Dopamine Activity / Personal Growth

o Action: Replace mindless scrolling with a rewarding, low-stimulation activity.

o Examples: Read a book (non-fiction or fiction), listen to an educational podcast,

practice a skill like drawing, or do some light journaling about My day and
progress.

• 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM — Social Connection

o Action: Connect with My friend or check in with My brother. This is a planned

social interaction, making it intentional and preventing feelings of isolation.
EVENING BLOCK (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM) — Wind Down & Relationships

This period is for winding down, building My relationship, and preparing for a restful night.

• 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM — Decompression & Prep

o Action: Tidy My space for 15 minutes (a clear space equals a clear mind). Spend
quality time with My girlfriend—this is My dedicated time for her. Cook My
evening meal together.

• 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM — Evening Meal (Dinner)

o Action: Eat My second meal with My girlfriend. No screens at the table. Use this
time to talk about My day.

• 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM — Quality Time / Relaxation

o Action: Continue spending time with My girlfriend, watch a movie, or have a deep
conversation. If I am alone, this is a great time to read.

• 9:30 PM - 10:00 PM — Nightly Shutdown

o Action: Prepare for tomorrow. Lay out My workout clothes.

o Dopamine Detox Rule: No screens for the last 30 minutes. Put My phone away
to charge. Read a physical book, meditate, or journal instead. This will drastically
improve My sleep quality.

• 10:00 PM — Lights Out

o Action: Aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep for muscle recovery, memory
consolidation, and hormone regulation.
Key Strategy Breakdowns

My Structured Fitness Plan

To get an aesthetic look like I want, structure is key. Instead of 200 pushups in a row, try this:

• Pushups (with bars): 5 sets of 40 reps (or 8 sets of 25 reps). Rest 60-90 seconds between
sets.

• Dumbbell Lateral Raises (5kg): 4 sets of 25 reps. Focus on slow, controlled movement.

• Calf Raises: 4 sets of 25 reps. Hold the dumbbells to add resistance.

• Sit-ups: 3 sets of 15-20 reps.

• Neck Ups: 4 sets of 25 reps (be careful with neck exercises; ensure proper form).

• Suggestion: Add a leg exercise like Dumbbell Goblet Squats (3 sets of 15-20 reps) to
create a more balanced physique.

Exam & Dopamine Detox Strategy

• Exam Focus: My study block is My most important appointment each day. My goal for
the next 3 weeks is consistency. Break the ENVS322 module into small, manageable topics
and assign one to each day.

This routine provides the structure I need to achieve My goals without feeling overwhelmed.
Remember to be consistent, but also flexible. If one day I need more rest, I’ll take it.
