How to use this sheet
• Check the boxes each morning (AM) and evening (PM).
• Let skin dry ~10 minutes after cleansing before applying adapalene at night.
• Use a pea-sized amount of adapalene for the whole face. Avoid eyes, nostrils, lips.
• On mornings when you use PanOxyl, use it instead of the CeraVe cleanser (PanOxyl is a
wash‑off BPO).
• If irritation occurs (strong redness, intense stinging, severe flaking), reduce frequency or pause
treatments and moisturize — see troubleshooting below.

Quick troubleshooting & tips
• If you get mild dryness/peeling: apply CeraVe PM more liberally, skip PanOxyl for a few days,
and reduce adapalene frequency (go back to every-other-night). Consider applying a thin layer of
moisturizer first, then adapalene ( moisturizer buffering ) if adapt causes stinging.
• If you get strong irritation (severe redness, swelling, intense burning): stop active treatments
for 48–72 hours and use only CeraVe PM and sunscreen in the morning. If severe, see a
dermatologist.
• Bleaching warning: PanOxyl (BPO) can bleach towels and pillowcases — rinse fabrics well and
avoid white towels when using it.
• Sun protection is required while using adapalene — use the CeraVe AM SPF 30 every morning
and reapply outdoors.
When to expect results
• Mild irritation is normal first 1–4 weeks. Visible improvement often begins ~8–12 weeks. If you
see no improvement after ~12 weeks or experience worsening cystic acne, consult a
dermatologist.
