The man behind the mission -
Dr. Sanjay Pattnaik -
Sanjay has a humble beginning. Coming from the holy town of Jagannath Puri, in Odisha, he is
culturally ingrained with two powerful thoughts, “belief in self and help others to believe in
themselves”. These are the two powerful beliefs, acted as the prime movers all through his life,
whether it is in his employment stint or in the entrepreneurial journey, he has embarked upon.
We help define Mission, Vision, and Values through discovery workshops and embed them into
the organization's DNA. Our services also include organization design, restructuring, and
shaping workplace culture to foster collaboration and accountability.
PeopleBetter is his initiative with a strong conviction that each person in this earth has an
aspiration to grow and is naturally blessed with qualities that helps him to realize his dream. The
tricky part is, does he really know his potential and use it to his advantage. One needs an enabler
who can help ignite the fire in him to get him closer to his goal. Helping individuals and enlighten
them with their strength, is in fact an eureka moment. PepoleBetter endeavors to bring these
moments in everybody’s life.
Sanjay is alum of Symbiosis, and a PhD in area of management. He carries the idea of diversity in
everything, which is where the ideas clash, bounce and blossom for the better.
