1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Home Tree Co Working (Pvt) Ltd proposes to develop an eco-friendly digital nomad resort in
Hiriketiya, one of Sri Lanka's fastest-growing tourism destinations. The proposed development
consists of six chalet blocks containing 24 guest rooms together with co-working facilities,
wellness spaces, landscaped gardens, recreational areas and supporting infrastructure.

The total project investment is estimated at Rs. 1,000 Million, financed through a combination of
Bank of Ceylon Term Loan of Rs. 500 Million and company’s Equity Contribution of Rs. 500
Million.

The project aims to capitalize on the rapidly growing global digital nomad market and increasing
tourist arrivals to Sri Lanka. The resort will provide high-quality accommodation, remote
working facilities, wellness experiences and community-oriented hospitality services.
