The Timeline of Us(Title can be changed)
Year 2013-2015: The Toddler Years
● Setting: The friends are sitting on the floor, surrounded by some old toys in a children' s
bedroom.
● Dialogue:
○ Friend 1: "Oh my gosh, remember when we were so little, and 'Frozen' was our
entire life? I would practically pull out my mic and start singing 'Let It Go' all the
time!" .
○ Friend 2: "And I remember the first time I lost a tooth. I was so scared, but then
my mom told me the Tooth Fairy was coming. It felt like the most important thing
in the world." .
○ Friend 3: "I was obsessed with 'Peppa Pig'! My biggest dream was to live the
chill life of pigs, jumping up and down in muddy puddles all day.
● Action: The 3 friends can act each.
Frozen:- Twirls a cape and dramatic singing
Loss of tooth:- Tucking the tooth into the pillow and waiting for the tooth fairy
Peppa Pig:- Jumps up and down with pig plushie in hand
Year 2016-2018: The Early School Years
● Setting: The friends move to a different area, classroom with desks
● Dialogue:
○ Friend 4: "Okay, but the absolute, undeniable craze was the 'Dab'! Seriously,
you couldn't walk ten feet without someone dabbing. It was the ultimate cool
move."
○ Friend 5: "And Fidget Spinners! Remember the intense trading at school? You
had to have the rarest color or the one that spun the longest.
○ Friend 6: "Don't forget the “Slime Obsession” We were always trying new
recipes – glitter slime, fluffy slime, butter slime, etc . Our parents kept on finding
bits everywhere."
● Action: For the next 3 friends in this theme
Dab:- can do a dramatic, powerful dab.
Fidget Spinners:- powerfully spins a fidget spinner and makes a proud expression
Slime:- stretching slime in satisfactory manner
Year 2019-2021: The Online World
Setting: Friends are now sitting on carpet, with some phones or tablets in their hands
Dialogue:
○ Friend 7: "Then everything shifted to 'TikTok'. Our feeds were just endless dance
challenges and funny skits. Everyone tried to do the 'Renegade' or 'Savage'
dance!" *(dance names can be change)
○ Friend 8: "And 'Among Us'! The panic of being the imposter, or trying to figure
out who it was. 'Red vented!'"
○ Friend 9: "But to take the online stress of followers off, there was the comfort of
Squishmallows! Everyone had to have the biggest, cutest, most huggable one.
They were our emotional support plushes."
● Action: Friends 7,8, and 9 will do the actions
Tik Tok:- short tik tok dance performed by two of the friends
Among Us:- Someone on an electronic device, muttering things like; “Who’s the
imposter. Aha! I found you!”(Linked with background on the stage)
Squishmallows:- Someone cuddling and hugging a big squishmallow
Year 2022-2025: The 'Tween' Years
● Setting: The friends are now more grown-up, sitting on a table with chairs pulled around
● Dialogue:
○ Friend 10: "Now it's all about 'Roblox' and 'Minecraft' – building entire worlds,
creating our own avatars, it’s like our own digital realm.
○ Friend 11: "And everyone is obsessed with finding their 'aesthetic'! Whether it's
the cozy 'cottagecore', the edgy 'e-girl' look, or super minimalist. It’s all about
expressing yourself."
○ Friend 12: "Seriously, though, K-pop is everywhere! The music, the fashion, the
choreography… I spend hours learning new dances. It's so addictive!"
● Action:
Roblox/Minecraft:- Person doing intricate movement to show construction of
building(motions will be linked to background on stage)
Aesthetic:- A VSCO girl with scrunchie and hydro flask being preppy
Kpop:- someone doing a quick, sharp, and energetic Kpop move(can be chosen)
Conclusion:
● Setting: The friends all come together, facing the audience
● Dialogue:
○ Friend 1: "Wow, it's been a wild ride, hasn't it? From losing a tooth and
'Frozen'..."
○ Friend 4: "...to dabbing in every photo..."
○ Friend 7: "...to trying to master the latest TikTok dance."
○ Friend 10: "These aren't just trends, right? They're like our memories of growing
up."
○ Friend 2: "Every year brought something new and exciting."
○ All: (Shrug and smile at the audience) "Who knows what incredible memories
