I. ANNOUNCEMENT THAT CEREMONY IS ABOUT TO BEGIN

ANNOUNCEMENTS/ REMINDERS:

 Good afternoon everyone! In a few moments, we are going to start our

graduation ceremonies.
 At this point may we invite all our graduates together with their parents to go
to your respective areas for the processional.
 To maintain the solemnity of this occasion, may we request all our guests to
please set their mobile phone to silent mode. Family and guests are expected
to show courtesy by refraining from leaving their seats in order to take
pictures or by talking to graduates.
 May we also request all photographers and other guests to stay away in the
processional area, the graduates' seats and the stage area.
 We have official photographers who will take your children's photos during
the processional and during the distribution of diplomas.
 Thank you for your cooperation.

 Before anything else, let me acquaint you with our housekeeping rules to
keep our program more oraganized.

 Let’s lessen our necessary going to and from inside the auditorium so as not
to disturb others.
 Let’s show our support and pride by clapping our hands when there’s a call
for it or whenever it is needed.
 When the program starts, let us all be attentive. Let’s reserve our long
conversations with one another right after the program.
 And lastly, we have an official photographer. Please avoid taking pictures
near the stage, If you wish, you may take pictures from your seats.

II. INTRODUCTION

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. Graduation day is always a day of

rejoicing for it marks the conclusion of an educational journey and the
commencement of another more uncertain and more difficult part of man’s quest
for a better life and future. Truly, signifies the culmination of many years of hard
work in the relentless pursuit of knowledge, knowledge that will enable a person
to embrace opportunities and to take challenge with clear vision and purpose.

Today, another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the school year
2025-2026. Friends, welcome to the ___ Commencement Exercises of JESUS
GONZALO ALBAÑA MEMORIAL SCHOOL.

At this time, let us welcome the candidates for Graduation for School Year 2025-
2026. This batch is composed of 1 section namely Grade VI Venus headed by
MRS. MARICEL SORONGON, Teacher I, together with their proud parents.

 Let us also welcome the highly esteemed members of the academic

community led by the dynamic and supportive Public School District
Supervisors, ____________________, the epitome of empowered man and a
great school leader, our very own School Head , Maam Immacula J. Amores,
together with the vibrant and high calibers educators of this institution,
honored guest of honor and speaker barangay officials who are with us
today, members and officers of PTA, colleagues, visitors and friends.

as we pay tribute, honor and glory to our Almighty GOD through invocation to
be led by our Grade 6 pupils.

VII. ANNOUNCEMENT

Members of the graduating class, honored guests, PTA Board of Directors, faculty,
staff, students, family, alumni and friends, I am Shaira D. Aguihap your
Ceremonial Masters for the Commencement Exercises. First and foremost , thank
you to the members of the working committee who spent many long hours
planning this day and to the many others that have helped to organize and plan
this very important event. Thank you maams and sirs.

VIII. WORDS OF WELCOME

 And now, to usher us all to this momentous event, let’s all welcome in
Alyson Gail C. Aguilos for her words of welcome. Let’s give her a round of
applause.

 I could not have said it better. Indeed, thank you God for today! Thank you
God for the strength He has given us for the whole year which made it
possible for us to come this far. Thank you so much, Alyson for that wonderful
welcoming message.

IX. PRESENTATION AND CONFIRMATION OF CANDIDATES

And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our midst. To do
the honors off presenting this year’s candidates for graduation, May we have on
the stage our vibrant and stunning School Head, none other than maam
Immaculada J. Amores to be followed right away by the acceptance and
confirmation of the graduates and message by no less than our former School

graduates.

X. PRESENTATION OF THE GUEST OF HONOR AND SPEAKER

Today’s affair is being graced by a special woman who will in a minute deliver her
words of wisdom to our young graduates and to their parents as well. To get to
know more of her, May we call on the stage our Former School Principal II,
Rosemary L. Artates maam to do the honor to of the confirmation of the

Ramel: May we have on the stage once more our PSDS, Mdm. _________________,
our Principal II, Sir_______________________, our FPTA President, Mdm.
__________________________, our Barangay Captain , _________________ and all the
Grade VI Advisers for the awarding of the Plaque of Appreciation to our Guest of
Honor and Speaker.

Please stay at the center of the stage as we award the diplomas and certificates
of our graduates. Thank you very much!

XI. AWARDING OF DIPLOMAS, CERTIFICATES AND MEDALS TO THE

GRADUATES

Cherry: A certificate of Graduation is the tangible evidence of being a graduate

in a certain level of education. This is now the fruit of each pupil’s endeavor. So
to do the honors, once again, we have on the stage are the members of the
educational community.

Ramel: And now, the most awaited of our programme, especially for the parents
and the learners who will be awarded, let us now move on to the awarding of
medals and certificates to honors and deserving pupils.

Cherry: Music is the expression of the soul, it moves emotions and feels with the
movement of the time. Through a song that emphasizes the strength amidst

XIV. TRIBUTE TO PARENTS

Ramel: That was an awesome delivery of lines and melody and I hope our guests
think the same. At this point, the batch ____ would have not reached this far, if
not because of the people beside them. The graduates would wish to take this
opportunity to thank their parents in one way or another.

Cherry: Saying and giving thank you to all the people behind your success is
