5-Minute Badminton Exercise Routine
1. Warm-Up Jog – 1 minute
Jog lightly on the spot while swinging your
arms to warm up the body and increase
heart rate.
2. Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds
Perform jumping jacks to loosen the muscles
and improve coordination.
3. Shadow Badminton – 1 minute
Pretend to play badminton by moving side
to side and swinging your arm as if hitting
the shuttlecock. This improves footwork and
reaction time.
4. Squats – 30 seconds
Do squats to strengthen the leg muscles
used for jumping and quick movements in
badminton.
5. Lunges – 30 seconds
Step forward into lunges to improve balance
and strengthen the thighs and calves.
6. High Knees – 30 seconds
Run on the spot while lifting your knees high
to improve speed and endurance.
7. Stretching – 1 minute
Stretch the arms, shoulders, legs, and back
to relax the muscles and prevent injury
