NOTE FOR APPROVAL

It is proposed to conduct an Orientation Programme on Welding Safety and Best Practices


for Supervisors and Contract Workers engaged in welding activities at workplace level.

The programme will be conducted over a period of six days covering Block 1B, Block 1A and
Block 1 during the first three days, with the schedule repeated during the subsequent three
days to ensure wider coverage.

External resource persons may be invited for conducting the sessions and honorarium shall
be paid as per applicable norms.

The detailed schedule is attached below for reference. Approval is solicited for conducting
the above programme and payment of honorarium to external resource persons as per
rules.
