ABSTRACT
Leadership plays a vital role in influencing team performance and overall organizational
success. This study focuses on understanding various leadership styles—such as autocratic,
democratic, transformational, and transactional—and their impact on team motivation,
productivity, and satisfaction. Through a combination of theoretical understanding and
real-life examples from organizations like Google, Infosys, Tata, and Apple, this project
explores how effective leadership enhances communication, coordination, and creativity
within teams. The findings highlight that transformational and participative leadership
styles contribute the most to positive team outcomes, while rigid or autocratic approaches
often reduce morale and innovation.
