This course is designed for non-technical corporate professionals to learn how to use AI and
Generative AI tools effectively in daily work. Participants will first understand AI & GenAI at
an end-user level, and then master prompt engineering techniques to produce better outputs
consistently—emails, summaries, reports, insights, plans, and SOP-related content—while
following safe and responsible usage practices.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

 Identify practical use cases of AI in corporate workflows
 Write structured prompts to get consistent and high-quality output
 Use role-based templates for summarization, drafting, and analysis
