Generative AI tools effectively in daily work. Participants will first understand AI & GenAI at
an end-user level, and then master prompt engineering techniques to produce better outputs
consistently—emails, summaries, reports, insights, plans, and SOP-related content—while
following safe and responsible usage practices.
