Community Service (Volunteerism) Reporting Form

Background:
As part of its vision and mission, One Planet International School is a school that is committed to
providing students with real-world and a comprehensive range of service learning opportunities
with charities to foster social responsibility among its students, which leads them to excel beyond
the classroom. These experiences change the lives of not only the people in their communities but
of the students as well. Therefore, as part of their curriculum, the students are required to plan and
implement a community service project that addresses a real-world problem in their community or
beyond. On this note, we hope your organization will collaborate with our student for this noble
cause and kindly ask to fill out your genuine feedback on the format below regarding the student

PART IV: REFLECTION OF EXPERIENCE FILLED OUT BY A STUDENT
(VOLUNTEER).

1. Before you start volunteering at this organization, what did you expect to do?
Even though I am very familiar with our business, I expected these formal service hours to be
more demanding in terms of documentation and consistent responsibility compared to my
usual informal help.

2. Did your experience meet your expectations? Why or why not?

Yes, it did. Stepping into a formal volunteer role allowed me to see the business through a
more professional lens. I had to focus on meeting specific goals within a set timeframe, which
made the work feel more structured and significant.

3. How did your service make an impact on you and others?

My service helped the team stay ahead of our weekend distribution targets, reducing the
stress on our regular staff. Personally, it gave me a sense of pride to contribute to our family's
success in a way that also helps me move toward my graduation goals.

4. What parts of your community service were the most challenging?

The most challenging part was balancing the repetitive nature of packaging with the high
level of detail required for quality control. Staying focused for eight hours straight on
weekends was a lesson in professional discipline.
