The following table shows the number of people from five European

nations living in each other’s countries in 2011.

The given table illustrates the sum of inhabitants from five different European
countries residing in each other’s nations in 2011.

Overall, it is not challenging to recognise that Germany residents occupy the


largest data while Polish is with the smallest ones in 2011.

Regarding the two most popular destinations, Germany was home to nearly 1.2
million expatriates, compared to over 1 million in Britain. In Germany half of the
immigrants were Italian, followed by Polish, experiencing the respective figures of
556,000 and 426,000. While in Britain, among the figures for Polish, Italian and
Germany, the first-mentioned sort was by far the highest with the number of
550,000 citizens.

With 861,000 immigrants from the aforementioned countries, Spain came in third
place among the other destinations, which was four times more than Italy.
Furthermore, the figure for British residents accounted for nearly 400,000, which
was nearly thrice as many as that of Germany standing at 196,000. In Italy, the
largest quantity belongs to Polish inhabitants with a figure of more than 100,000
and far outnumbering the other three nationalities, whose figures ranged
between 19,000 and 42,000. Finally, there were just 6,000 people living in
Poland overall, with almost two thirds coming from Germany, and small
populations of British and Italians, each with about 700 members, following.
