PCM Balanced Routine (Long-Term Understanding Focus)

This routine is designed for a Class 11 PCM student who wants better time management, strong concept
understanding, balanced fitness, and reduced procrastination.

Daily Routine
Time Activity

6:00 AM – 6:30 AM Wake up, freshen up, get ready for school
6:45 AM Leave for school
7:00 AM Board cab
8:00 AM – 1:40 PM School routine
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM Return journey
3:30 PM Reach home
3:30 PM – 4:00 PM Recovery block (snacks, refresh, relax)
4:00 PM – 5:05 PM Recorded Class – Subject 1
5:05 PM – 5:20 PM Short break
5:20 PM – 6:20 PM Workout / Sprinting
6:20 PM – 6:50 PM Bath + Refresh
6:50 PM – 7:55 PM Recorded Class – Subject 2
7:55 PM – 8:25 PM Dinner + Family Time
8:25 PM – 9:30 PM Self Study + Revision
9:30 PM – 10:00 PM Light Revision + Preparation for Next Day

Workout / Sprinting Schedule


Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Strength workout, pushups, pullups, squats, core, stretching.

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: Sprinting, agility work, athletic movement, light stamina training.
