Sri Amit Ranjan Ghosh presided over the meeting. The other members welcome him by clapping
their hands. The President expressed his deep grief for not convening the A. G M in the year" 2O2Z-23
as the accounts of the Society was not completed within due time.

He then requested the Hon'ble Secretary SriRajib Kumar Bose to place on table the Accounts of the
Society for 2 (two) financial years that I for the FY 7022-23 and also for the Financial year 2023-24
and to discuss the accounts among the members.

The Secretary also pointed out the Construction work of the Society during this period.

He expressed his sincere thanks fcr extending imrnense co-operation of all members of the Society
including including inhabitants of the area for various development and welfare activities. He also
placed a draft planning of the future activities of the society.

Thereafter, the statement of accounts of last two years was discussed with the members present in
the meeting and these were passed unanimously.

It was Resolved that M/s. P.B.S.D , Chartered Accountants of 764, Shyambazar Street, Kolkata
700004 will continue the Statutory Audit of the Society for the year 2024-25.
