ABSTRACT
TITLE: Surrendering Early To Full Time Ministry As A Pastor

In our time many pastors enter in the ministry in old age, maybe they
see their calling at their old age, or maybe they were saved at their age. The
aim of this study is to see the difference of entering in the full time ministry
in the time of youth and in old age and this study might be encouragement
for the young people to enter the bible shcool and we will see the advantage
and disadvantage of entering early in the full time ministry.
INTRODUCTION
In this present time many of the young people in the church, didn't know the
essence of calling, they are called but they don't know it.
And only that sometimes they know their calling they are willing to surrender
to the Lord as a pastor but their is always hindrances, finances, family,
friends, but we know that the Lord is calling you and the Lord will make the
way for you but there is a trial the Lord will test our faith.
And those who already surrender at their early age sometimes quitting
because they entered only because of others, out of emotion, and pressures,
and when they entered without calling they also quit.
And not only that sometimes they are immature, and childish and the bible
says "foolishness is bound in the heart of a child" so they also make a foolish
decisions in life.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
The main purpose of this study is to find out the benefits of surrendering their
lives early to the Lord, specifically it sought to answer the following question:
1. How may the profile of the pastor be describes to their:
1.1 Age
1.2 Civil Status
1.3 what age they enter in the bible school
1.4 highest education attainment
1.5 years of experience as a pastor
2. How may the profile of the church be described in terms of:
2.1 number of pastor produce who surrender their lives early to the Lord
2.2 population of member
2.3 years started
3. What are the practices of the church in encouraging their youth to surrender
their lives to the Lord in terms of:
3.1 preaching
3.2 discipleship
3.3 involvement in the ministry
4. What are the problems encountered by the pastor who surrender their lives
early?
4.1 financially
4.2 family
4.3 criticism
5. What are the benefits of the pastor who surrender their lives early to the
Lord:
5.1 academic
5.2 flexibility & adaptability
5.3 greater influence
6. Are there significant relationship between the profile of the pastor and the
