engineering R&D center in Vietnam – The Grace Tower 71 Hoang Van Thai, dedicated to advancing automotive
SOCs through cutting-edge semiconductor, software, and firmware development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop safety software on Linux/RTOS device driver, system framework, and validation firmware of
automotive driving SOC and high performance mega-MCU.
• Strong experience skill set in code analysis, design, implementation, and testing with overall knowledge of
Linux Kernel/RTOS/framework architecture and low-level SW like system control firmware, bootloader,
drivers, and device tree.
• Managing the collaborative SW development with HQ team in Korea.
• Understanding & able to develop Functional Safety Standard for road vehicle ISO 26262 – Automotive
Semiconductor.

Qualifications:
• Freshers are welcome
• 0 – 4+ years of experience in ARM based (Cortex-A, Cortex-M)/RISC-V semiconductors (e.g., System-on-Chip
and MCU) Linux/RTOS device driver, firmware, bootloader development.
• Nice to have experience in developing software for Automotive products, especially in
AUTOSAR adaptive.
• Programming language: C/C++, Python and Bash Shell scripting.
• Good understanding of ARM-based (Cortex-A, Cortex-M)/RISC-V SoC and embedded system hardware
architecture & software, real-time operating system (RTOS) and device drivers.
• Understand hardware architecture, able to read and understand the schematic, experience in
communication protocols such as: SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Bluetooth, …
• Code and technical issue analysis capability of embedded system software that covers the control of HW
components such as cpu/bus/memory/interrupt/power/clock/IO devices
- Firmware control (e.g., bootloader)
- Linux, RTOS (Zephyr), or automotive OS (for AUTOSAR adaptive)
- Linux kernel and device driver framework
• Device driver porting, bring up SoC experience and versioning up on target board.

• Root-causing and debugging system issues, strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues in
hardware-software interaction & SW bugs collaborating with team members.
• Tool debug and testing: JTAG debugger, OpenOCD, Lauterbach Trace32, Logic Analyzer, and experience in
software debugging techniques.
• Ability to create clear and concise documentation including requirements, design documents, and test
plans.
• Code review, familiar with Git, Jira, Bitbucket, Gerrit. Continuous integration SW development, and release
management.
• Experience with multitasking tasks. Facilitating collaboration within and across teams to root-cause and
debug technical issues
• Fluent in English both written and verbal. Good decision-making skills respecting team members’ opinions.
