Offer: 3-Months Slovak Work Permit &TRC

Type: 3-month Work Permit

Visa Type: National Visa (3 months)
Eligibility: All nationalities (except restricted by sanctions/terrorist lists)
Service Fee: €1400
• Advance payment: €700
• Upon documents readiness: €700
Service:
➢ Comprehensive collection and verification of all required documents for obtaining
the 3-month Slovak work permit
➢ Guidance and recommendations for preparing documents for the national visa
(Type D – 3 months)
➢ Full assistance throughout the entire work permit and visa application process
➢ Coordination with the employer, including the employer’s official request to the
embassy to schedule an appointment date for the candidate
Processing Time: 2-2,5 month
Validity of documents: 3 month
• The documents will be notarized according to the candidate’s appointment date, as
their validity period is three months. To prevent the documents from expiring, the
employer will refrain from notarizing them until the appointment date is confirmed.
Once the date is scheduled, the documents will be notarized shortly before the
appointment and submitted to the relevant authorities. The original documents will
then be sent to the candidate.
Registration for Appointment: The Slovak employer will submit a completed Excel
application form for the candidate’s National Visa D appointment request directly to the
embassy’s official email address.

Please note that in some countries, candidates are required to register for the appointment
independently. Therefore, before applying for the Slovak visa process, it is highly
recommended to verify the appointment registration requirements directly with the embassy
in your country.

Important: Candidates are required to work for the employer for 9 months. According
toSlovak law, holders of a 3-month national visa are not allowed to change their
employer, and the same restriction applies during the first 6 months of their Temporary
Residence Card (TRC).
If the candidate changes their employer during this period, their TRC will be cancelled.

What is Required from the Candidate
To initiate the cooperation process and prepare the individual case, the candidate must
provide:
● A valid international passport
(Scan of the first page of the passport and scans of all pages containing visas or
official stamps.)
● Curriculum Vitae (CV)
including basic details of education and work experience (if applicable)
● Information regarding any previous visa refusals or deportation cases
(if applicable)
● Candidate Registration Form

If necessary, in specific cases, additional documents or certificates may be requested

during the document preparation process to ensure more effective candidate support.

Outcome of Cooperation
Should our terms of cooperation be of interest and accepted, upon successful guidance and
completion of all required procedures, each candidate will receive an official set of
documents, including:
1. Confirmation of the possibility of filling a job position with a third-country
national (with a labor market survey)
This is an official confirmation from the Slovak Labor Office stating that the employer
is allowed to hire a non-EU (third-country) national for a specific job position. The
Labor Office verifies that no suitable candidate was found on the local job market.
2. Employment Contract
An official employment contract signed between the employer and the candidate,
outlining job duties, salary, working hours, and employment conditions
3. General Consent
A document issued by the employer that allows the foreign employee to perform work in
the specified position. It is usually part of the documentation required for the residence
permit and work authorization.
4. Certificate of Signature Authenticity
A notarized document confirming that the signature on a specific document (usually
employment contract or employer’s declaration) is authentic. It must be issued by a
public notary.
5. Prísľub na prijatie (Letter of Commitment to Employ)
A formal declaration by the employer confirming their intention to hire the candidate
once they receive the visa or temporary residence permit.
6. Prehlásenie čestné (Sworn Declaration / Affidavit)
A sworn statement by the employer, typically confirming compliance with legal
requirements - for example, confirming truthful information, compliance with labor
regulations, or availability of accommodation.
