SALES SCRIPT
Stage 1:
Step 2 - Qualification via Call
Objective: Filter for quality and move the client to Step 3.
Script: "Hi [Client Name], this is [Name] from DreamCarve Interiors. I’m calling
regarding the inquiry you shared for your home. Is this a good time to speak for 5
minutes?
Great! To ensure I give you the most accurate information, I need to understand
your project basics:
1. Project Details:
● Name:
● Location:
● 1BHK/2BHK/3BHK:
● Individual/Apartment:
● Modular Kitchen/Wardrobe:
● Budget Idea:
● Our starting price for Cx Requirement
● Time Line:
Stage 2:
Step 3 - Sending the Preliminary Quote
Objective: Test their "Price Fit" before they consume more of your time.
Script: "Thank you for the details. Based on your floor plan/BHK, I am sending you
a Preliminary Quote on WhatsApp right now.
Please take a look at it. If the numbers align with your expectations, the next step is
to meet at our office to discuss the design details and also we have a physical
display to show you how our work looks and you can see how we manufacture
interiors in our factory."
Stage 3:
Step 4 - The Office Visit (The Pitch)
Objective: Build trust and showcase "DreamCarve" quality.
Script: "Welcome to DreamCarve! Before we discuss your specific floor plan, I
want to show you the Physical Display and a factory tour and then we discuss
regarding the materials we use.
[Show material samples/hardware] > Most clients face issues with durability, but we
use [specific brand/material] to solve that. Now that you’ve seen the quality, let’s
look at your floor plan. Based on your lifestyle, I recommend [Design Suggestion].
"To give you a fixed, final quote, I need to send my technical team for a site
measurement. There is a nominal fee of ₹499 for the site visit, which is fully
adjustable against your booking amount. Should we schedule that for tomorrow
?"
Stage 4:
Step 5 - The Site Visit (The Consultant)
Objective: Confirm technical details and "Close" the relationship.
Script: "It’s good that I came down; I can see the space much better now. I was just
checking the measurements and noticed [Specific Technical Observation], so I’ll
keep that in mind for the future proceedings.
I will now prepare your Initial Quote. If this matches your final requirements, we
can freeze move to the booking. Is there any specific finish you'd like me to add
before I lock the quote?"
Stage 5:
Step 6 & 7 - Initial/Revised Quote (The Closing)
Objective: Handle objections and get to "Closed Won."
Script (Handling Price Objections): "I understand the budget is a concern.
However, in Step 4, we agreed that [Quality/Finish] was your priority. If we reduce
the price further, we would have to compromise on [Material].
At DreamCarve, we don't want to give you a cheap product that fails in 2 years.
How about we adjust the [Specific Room] design to fit your budget instead of
lowering the quality?"
Stage 6:
Step 8 - Closed Won (The Handover)
Objective: Professional Transition.
Script: "Congratulations! We are excited to carve your dream home. Now that the
booking is done with ₹15,000, I will be handing over the site details to our Design
Team. Here is what you can expect in the next 7 days..."
"System Rules" for this Script:
1. The "Non-Negotiable" Ask: In Step 2, if the client refuses to share a floor plan or a
budget range, do not move to Step 3.
"our time is our inventory; don't give it to window shoppers."
2. The "Check-In" Question: Between Step 3 and 4, ask: "On a scale of 1-10, how much
did the Preliminary Quote match your expectations?" If they say below 7, don't invite
them to the office yet—re-qualify.
3. The "Decision Maker" Rule: For Step 4 (Office Visit), always ask: "Will both you and
your spouse/partner be attending?" If the decision-maker isn't there, you will end up in
the "Revised Quote" loop (Step 7) forever.
