Slide: The Problem We Aim to Solve

Currently, model tracking and reporting are highly manual, fragmented, and time-consuming.
Users struggle because there isn’t a single place to manage models, monitor stability, and track
performance. Another big challenge is the need for audit-ready, transparent, and consistent
outputs. Finally, users need a solution that’s easy to use, scalable, and able to deliver insights
quickly without heavy manual work

Slide: Business Impact

With this product, the business impact is very clear. First, efficiency improves because analysis
and reporting become automated, reducing both effort and errors. Second, transparency
increases with a dashboard that shows all models, runs, and metrics at a glance. Third, the
solution is scalable, so new models and datasets can be onboarded easily. Fourth, compliance is
supported through audit-ready reports. And finally, the product empowers users to generate
reports on their own, without depending on technical teams.

Slide: Core Features

The product has five core features.

One, a model dashboard that tracks successful and failed runs along with segments and files.
Two, model management for viewing and organizing references.
Three, performance metrics like KS, GINI, AUC, PSI, and CSI monitored in real time.
Four, custom reporting where users can download Word, Excel, or PowerPoint outputs.
And five, stability monitoring and binning for deeper insights into population distribution and
bad rates

Slide: Why Choose Us

Why should users choose this platform? The product combines automation with
flexibility ,analysis is automated but users can override manually if needed. It’s designed with
scalable architecture for future growth. Reports are audit-ready and meet regulatory
expectations. And the user interface is intuitive, giving both analysts and business teams access
to deep analytics in a simple way

Slide: Model Stability and Performance Overview

This slide focuses on model stability and performance. Users can do bin-level analysis
comparing expected versus actual outcomes. The platform tracks PSI and CSI to monitor
population and characteristic stability. Users can also select flexible dataset options such as
development, validation, or out-of-time. Finally, distribution and bad-rate monitoring ensures
model robustness over time

Slide: Model Monitoring App Dashboard

The dashboard gives users a quick snapshot of overall system activity. It shows the total number
of models in the repository and the count of successful and failed runs over the last three
months.

In the Available Models section, users see a searchable and paginated table with details like
Model ID, Model Name, number of segments, and target variable.

In the Runs section, users see a list of recent model runs with Run ID, Model ID, timestamp, and
run status. They can search by Run ID or Model ID to monitor current and past runs easily."*

Slide: Model Management

Model management lets users select a model and optionally choose a specific reference. If a
reference is selected, only that reference’s data is deleted; if left blank, the entire model and all
associated data is deleted. The screen also shows linked segments, references, and associated
files, helping users review everything before making changes."

Slide: Model Monitoring App Overview

At a higher level, the app allows users to add and monitor predictive models. It supports
multiple segment input methods, includes validation and configuration tools, and provides
sidebar navigation for easy access to different modules."

Slide: Add Model Details

When adding a model, users provide details such as model name, owner, type, and deployment
date. They can also specify monitoring frequency and reference data. The app validates this
basic information before proceeding, and segments can be managed after setup
Slides: Segment Input Methods (1, 2, 3)

There are three ways to input segment data.

First, by uploading a file in CSV, FST, or Parquet format, along with variable metadata.
Second, by running a SQL query to fetch data directly from the database, again with a variable
file for metadata.
Third, by uploading a summarized file with binned variable statistics for pre-aggregated analysis.
This method is useful for faster insights when detailed data isn’t needed

Slides: Add Recent Data Overview & Methods

Users can also add recent data for model testing across different periods. Again, three input
methods are supported: upload file, SQL query, or summarized file.

In the upload file method, users can change Score and Target variable names. In the SQL query
method, data is pulled dynamically from a database. In the summarized file method, data is pre-
aggregated, so Score and Target names cannot be changed.

Slide: Binning

Binning lets users analyze models at a granular level. They can select a model and reference
dataset, and define parameters like deviation handling or catching low values. Segment counts
and entries can be adjusted by the user. Even if a Spark job fails, the app keeps track and shows
which binning process is in progress, making it easier to restart."

Slide: Stability

Stability analysis allows users to compare datasets such as development versus validation, or
validation versus out-of-time. There’s also an option to ignore unbinned data during calculation,
and users can control how many segment entries to display in the results."

Slides: View Results

The results section displays detailed outputs. For performance, users see KS, GINI, and AUC
values. For PSI, the platform shows both overall PSI and bin-level details with expected and
actual values. Similarly, for CSI, both overall and bin-level results are available. Every table
comes with options to copy data, download as CSV, Excel, or PDF, or print directly."
Slide: Generate Report

Finally, report generation. Users can select a model and reference data, and optionally include
front-end and back-end comparison data. Reports can be generated in Word, Excel, or
PowerPoint formats. Standard and custom templates are supported. Once generated, the files
are immediately available for download giving users professional, audit-ready reports at the
click of a button.
